Despite the following pictures you are about to see Disneyland is NOT a fun place to visit the first week in April. The crowds are hideously crowded!
I'm afraid I don't have any other pictures of rides to show you from that day because we didn't get on any other rides. Our main goal was to make it to Tarzan's Tree House and then Winnie the Pooh for Kendyl and then spend the rest of the day in Toon Town for Kenzie. It was so insanely crowded that it took about an hour to get to the tree house and as it turned out, it was closed for the day. Kendyl was so ticked that she didn't even want to go to Winnie the Pooh. So we headed to Toon Town. On the way we stopped at the Carosel and rode our only ride for the day. After that we made our way to Toon Town which was so crowded we could barely fit in that area (imagine trying to walk through peanut butter). After being shoved everywhere for 30 minutes and realizing that it was a 2 hour wait for Roger Rabbit ride we decided to leave. Only now the girls were so tired and disapointed that we decided to take the little train that goes around the park to make it to the front of the park to be able to leave. This was only a 45 minute wait, but unfortunetly just as the train was pulling up Kendyl told me that she needed to go potty.
There was no way I was going to lose our place in line after all of this. And then a stroke of genius happened... I realized we had a pull up diaper in the backpack from a long time ago (I'm so glad I never clean things out). I put Kendyl against the fence while Kenzie and Kendyl held up a blanket in front of her. I reached under the blanket, striped Kendyl down, put a pull up on her and then put her pants over it. Next was socks and shoes. I did this all in a matter of about 30 seconds because the very "patient people" behind us (bless their hearts) were not liking to wait for us to change her before they could get on the train. The best part I think was Kendyl laughing because she got to go pee in her pants without it getting everywhere.
I think I'm going to write a letter to pull ups thanking them and pledging my loyalty forever!
So in the end, we were there 4 hours (not to mention the 2 1/2 hour drive there and back), went on one ride and one train ride, and one of us wet our pants. A very special day. I think that's the last time I will ever go to Disneyland during Spring Break.

At least your kids look like they're having fun. Just be glad you weren't one of the families there on vacation!
HA. That is hilarious. Especially because the SAME thing happened to us last week at Universal Studios, (which wasn't crowded at all. Maybe try going there next time.) But we were on the 45 min long studio tour when 10 min into it, Ashlyn tells me she needs to go potty REALLY REALLY bad. I was stuck. You can't get off those things. Even if you could, there's no where to go to the bathroom. So I pulled out one of Leah's diapers and put it on her. Unfortunately, that is where the likeness ends. Ashlyn WOULD NOT pee in it and instead cried in pain for the next 35 min. It was awful. Paul ran her to the bathroom as soon as the ride ended, and he said she peed longer than he had ever seen someone pee. Poor thing. I hope we didn't cause permanent bladder damage. Time will tell.
Disneyland can be so much fun, but when it's like that it's just miserable. Sounds like a pretty terrible day. I hope I never go on a day like that one again... I try to aim for off-season weekdays now.
(Also, the Tarzan Treehouse is closed until May 18th, from what I hear).
