Seth is such a good sport that he joins in too. Basically you have to run barefoot in the snow 20 consecutive steps and then you can run inside and put your feet in a warm bath tub. You can repeat it as many times as you like, just remember to fill up that bath tub before you step outside or you'll be sorry. I think when my sister and I first made it up we would just run and stand on the heater, but it became more fun to fill up the bath tub with warm water and rest for a while in between trips to the snow.

Princess Tigerlily even joined in this year. We let her go first since she had never seen snow before. She just sat and looked at it for a while, but eventually became brave enough to venture out. Our girls thought this was hilarious to watch.
Okay Kris... tag. You've got to show proof that you're still keeping up with this wacky tradition with your kids when it snows there. Love you! Anyone else can join in too. My friend (Jessica) from high school use to do this with Krisser and me and taught it to her roommates too.

If it ever snows enough to accumulate here, I'll be sure to post 'em up! Though last year I had to do it all by myself because my husband and kids weren't adventurous enought to join me!
