As you may or may not know my husband is the COOLEST! :) Every morning while we bustle around getting our kids off to school he sits at the table and draws on their brown lunch bags. It started as a fun way of writing their names and has evolved into a completely different creature entirely. In a matter of minutes it goes from plain brown bag to masterpiece. My girls have quickly become "very famous" in the words of Kendyl. :) Everyone swarms to their tables at lunch to see what their dad has created. Kendyl's teacher has her put the empty bags into a basket every day after lunch. He says he wants to collect them all year and create something for her out of them. Makenzie has begun a collage in her locker where every time people pass when it's open, they stop and stare. I take a picture before they leave each morning and the other day I put them all together in photoshop to so I could see all his wonderful drawings. For each girl to have a different bag each day, I wonder if he'll ever run out of ideas? What a sweet dad! There is no way those girls can escape a day without having a reminder from him in his own way that he adores them. :)

This is so cool. I wish I had artistic skills anywhere in that neighborhood! I'm more like the white trash shack down the street. My kids are always asking me to draw stuff for them and then have no idea what it is. Sigh! :)
That does make him so cool!
Incredible! You better believe their famous!! They have a kick-butt dad! So fun!
And I thought having Chris draw on bags for field trips was hard enough!
It's a good thing we are so "green" up here! (paper bags are unheard of) ;)
